Global Shield Solutions is the parent company of US-based SD Labs, a global manufacturer and distributor of various advanced cleaning, disinfecting, and surface coating products and solutions that proactively manage the spread of dangerous microorganisms.​

In June 2021, Global Shield Solutions Asia Pte Ltd is officially established as a subsidiary in Singapore, which enables it to better serve its customers in the Asian region and respond to their needs more quickly.

One of SD Lab's major successes at the start of the COVID-19 outbreak in Singapore was its deployment nationwide. As a company with extensive experience in the field of anti-microbial coatings, we were able to provide expert guidance and support to our clients during the pandemic. The team had worked closely with various government agencies and business stakeholders to support efforts in preventing the spread of the virus, particularly in high-traffic areas such as public transportation, airport, government and commercial buildings, health care facilities and schools etc.
