Shipping & Returns (for purchases of SDST and SDX)

 

Processing

Please give our team time to process, pack, and ship your order. Orders typically take between 3-4 working days to be processed. If you have opted for local local shipping, that typically takes another 1-3 working days to get to you. Large orders may take longer.

 

If your order is a pre-order, we will only process it once the stock arrives.

 

You should receive an automated email with your order tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 

Local Shipping

We offer free shipping for local (Singapore) orders above S$100.

 

Returns

All items are checked before they are shipped out. Please fully check your items when they arrive as there may be occasional damage during the shipping process.  If you receive a damaged product, please inform us immediately and we will replace the damaged product with a new one. Items to be exchanged must not have been opened or used. The company will strictly not entertain queries or be liable for any lost/damaged items beyond 7 days of being delivered.
